Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Springfield

Rooms were lovely. The market in lobby was well stocked. Starbucks in the morning was perfect. The reason for my stay was prompted by a family emergency with my dad being admitted to Lankenau hospital and the need for me to stay overnight. After spending the whole day in the emergency room and hospital I was pretty much a wreck when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk person, Tori, was an angel in disguise. She was so friendly and recognized my distress and went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel calm and comfortable. Your establishment is lucky to have her as an employee and I hope you will share this with her. It is wonderful to know there are still such good people in this world and I felt blessed to have that chance encounter with her. The next morning Logan was on duty and I asked her to relay my sentiments and she, too, was extremely nice. You have a great staff and everyone I interacted with was friendly and accommodating!

I liked property, staff, experience and location.

Loved the dinner area. The different seating areas, inside and out. Great drink and menu choices. Good value . Good food.

easy check in, lots of parking

Property is minutes from the college, which worked great for our sports camp stay. Staff was very friendly and attentive and facilities were well-kept. Breakfast is not included, but the lobby Bistro had a nice selection of breakfast offerings (slightly pricey) and Starbucks coffee. The attached restaurant has a great deck and patio, and our server there was also wonderful.
